Great Turn Out for Belle Grove Paint Party

We had a large group of 28 painters (not all shown here) for the Belle Grove Paint Party Fundraiser yesterday. So many nice people came out to paint the beautiful scene that you see behind them in the photo. The wind gave us a little challenge but everyone came through like champs. Nice work everyone. Thanks Kristin for inviting me out to paint at such a lovely location. Now maybe next time we won’t have to tape down the palette paper! 🙂

Famous Painters Series

3d8435b8b0cc75828112682e9f28ca25The 4th Tuesday of each month at 6 pm we have a Famous Painter Party.  This is where we recreate a famous painting by one of our favorite artist.  We have done so many over the past year or so.  We love these.  This Tuesday we are recreating a Matisse….a little different from what we think of when we see Matisse’s work.  We love it.  Can’t wait to see how they turn out.
