We love Peace Poles….or Garden Poles. They make a lovely addition to any garden or yard. We have two sessions coming up. The first one is on Saturday, June 13th at 1 pm and the next is on Sunday, June 21st at 1 pm. The Sunday session is almost full. Register now and get in on the fun. And if you choose to do the Red, White and Blue you have lots of time to enjoy it for the 4th of July! But there are tons of designs you could choose to paint.

Abstract painting is a matter of taste. Some people love it….others not so much. Sometimes you need a really large painting to fill a space you have or to bring color to an area and a good way to do that is with a large abstract. And while many people think that anyone can slap some paint around and have an abstract painting to have a successful painting it takes a little more than that. First Saturday Paint Party – April 5th
The best thing about Paint Parties is that you never have had to paint before to turn out a wonderful piece of art. We work in a “paint-along” method where I demonstrate step-by-step what you do. Step 1 – the Background and Shadows; Step 2 – the pot and leaves; and finally the flowers.

Paint Parties are soooo much fun. And you can come to one this Saturday from 4-6:30 at the Blue Ridge Arts Council on Main Street in Front Royal. If you have never painted before, that’s fine. If you have experience painting, that’s fine. This is all about having fun and creating something beautiful. Join us Saturday afternoon. Bring a friend! Have a great time and paint. We will provide everything you need to create a masterpiece to take home and impress everyone.

The terrific thing about painting is that anyone can do it. If you have the desire to paint, you can learn to paint. Paint Parties are a chance to learn something new with a great group of friends. A little food, a little drink, a lot of laughing. And in the end you have a new painting. Why don’t you get a group together for a party of your own?
