We made AMAZING Stacked Garden Poles yesterday. So many terrific themes…Poodles, Frog, Books, Sunflower, Dog, and Chicken. I can’t wait to see them in everyone’s yards. Hopefully we’ll get photos that I can share here. We have another class coming up if you are interested, click here.

I have been wanting to make this Garden Pole for sometime…. it’s really a Memory Pole. It has all the names of the dogs who have lived with me in Virginia. I plan to put it in a place that I can see everyday as I leave and enter the house.

We had a really fun Garden Pole class yesterday painting beautiful, bright additions to our gardens. Everyone was so creative. And as a bonus we got to spend time with a little lamb. LOL!

We love Peace Poles….or Garden Poles. They make a lovely addition to any garden or yard. We have two sessions coming up. The first one is on Saturday, June 13th at 1 pm and the next is on Sunday, June 21st at 1 pm. The Sunday session is almost full. Register now and get in on the fun. And if you choose to do the Red, White and Blue you have lots of time to enjoy it for the 4th of July! But there are tons of designs you could choose to paint.

We’ve added a new Red, White and Blue Garden Pole to mix. It’s my favorite.

It’s a lot of work to paint a Peace/Garden Pole in an afternoon but we did it again. Just look at these works of art! These ladies are going to enjoy having these beauties gracing their yards for years to come. Watch for another session to paint Garden Poles coming up this summer.

Take a look at the next fun project we will be doing at The Studio – Peace/Garden Poles! They are based on the idea of Peace Poles.
“A Peace Pole is a hand-crafted monument that displays the message and prayer
May Peace Prevail on Earth
on each of its four or six sides, usually in different languages.
There are tens of thousands of
Peace Poles in 180 countries all over the world dedicated as monuments to peace. They serve as constant reminders for us to visualize and pray for world peace.” (Visit the source of Peace Pole info here.)
Start thinking of what you would like your saying to be so you will be ready to paint yours. More info to come soon.
