Bday PoppiesMay PetsWe had a busy day Saturday with two paint parties and the Wine Festival going on.  First, a birthday Paint Party…then our regular Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Party.  Everyone created beautiful pieces of art!

And we had a few people stop by during the festival to see what we do at The Studio.

Poppies 2SunflowersIt’s time to paint flowers for a change.  And we have some really nice ones coming up.  We will be doing either Poppies or Sunflowers at a Paint Party on Saturday night, March 26th in Clarksville, TN.  You can register for that one by clicking here.

But we will also be doing them in Front Royal soon too.  The date for the sunflower one is coming soon but the Poppies we will do as a fundraiser for Mountain Laurel Montessori School in April.  Info on registration will be out soon.  The event will be on Sunday afternoon, April 24th.

20150903_142608-1 These are two floral paintings on wooden shingles.  Poppies and Dandelions were done as demonstration paintings for this week’s kids class.  The kids loved painting on the wooden shingles instead of canvas.  It was fun to try something new.
