We had a large and enthusiastic group painting last night at ConGT in Clarksville, TN. Of course, we painted Van Gogh’s Starry Night with the Tardis rolling in. Terrific. Everyone did an AWESOME job. What a great souvenir from the con.

We will be holding a fundraiser for the Senior Center Meals on Wheels program next month. We want everyone to come and help. This is one of the two paintings that we will offer. The original metal sculpture of this Tree of Life hangs on the wall at the Senior Center. When I visited Terry to talk about the fundraiser I saw it and thought it would be great to paint. So here is a version that we will offer at the fundraiser on Saturday, April 23rd. Put the date on your calendar and more details will be released soon. Come paint and help us do good in our community!

I know it’s hard to believe but Spring is coming. I just completed a couple of sample paintings for upcoming Paint Parties …. and the are both spring themed! It won’t be long now.
This one is Apple Blossoms. We’ll all be ready to paint this soon.
Michelle has been working on these birds on and off when she could come to The Studio and last night she finished them up. They look terrific! Great work Michelle!!!
And the Kids Class worked on a mixed media Windy Tree. It’s burlap, paint and buttons. Super!
