A really FUN day at The Studio yesterday starting with Ruth’s Patriotic Cupcake Decorating Class. These ladies created some wonderful treats for their family to celebrate Independence Day plus they are delicious!!!
And then at the 1st Saturday Paint Party featured a Beach Scene with Palm Tree. Great work by all the painters. Another fun and full day at The Studio!!!

We went to the Beach yesterday — well, not really. But we did paint a beach scene at Sarah’s Birthday Paint Party at The Studio. And it was so much fun! Great job girls. They look great!!!

The weather is calling for snow this weekend but we are thinking about summer. This little painting is one that we will be doing at a Paint Party to kick off the summer at the Warren County Community Center on Thursday, May 19th at 6 pm. Contact the Community Center on Villa Avenue to register for this one.

I spent most of yesterday painting a mural at Main Street Travel. (You can check out their Facebook page here.)
I enjoy mural painting. It’s fun to see the client’s vision come to life. And Ginny is a wonderful person for which to work. She and I had fun deciding what and where to put it. You can see from the photos my step by step work yesterday.
I got the background in: sky, ocean and sand. Today I hope to get the rest done: palm trees and Adirondack chairs.
