Yesterday everyone who painted pet portraits was making them as gifts. Here is Pat with her grand-dog. She did a beautiful job. These are the BEST gifts because everyone loves their pets and what better than a beautiful portrait as a gift to keep forever. The kids painted like Van Gogh yesterday..but with a daytime sunflower scene. Nice work. And of course, Lincoln tried to sneak a kiss in during the photo shoot. Silly boy!

Gingerbread Houses in Pottery

We had such an amazing class at The Studio this weekend with Denise Kupiszewski from The Mud Peddler in Shepherdstown, WV. She taught and helped us make these amazing little Gingerbread Houses that will light up when they are done. We can’t wait to see them once they are painted and fired.
