I’m excited to be in Falmouth, Massachusetts painting at their Art Center with Angus Wilson. His style is bold and fun…and his method interesting. I am so glad to be learning directly from him. We were given so much information yesterday and worked on sketching and developing color plans. I worked on several designs. This is the one that I plan to put on canvas today. Can’t wait to get back to it!

Yesterday the kids had a rare treat….we painted big Pumpkin Door Hangers instead of a canvas. These were NICE! And the kids did an awesome job. Lincoln was so impressed that he photo bombed their class photo. Kids class is every Wednesday at 4:15-5:15 pm. We started our Farm Animal series last night at The Studio. A great crowd painted a donkey and a rooster…and they all turned out great!!! The 2nd in the series will be on Sunday, October 13th at 2 pm when we will paint a goose and a sheep. Click here to see and to register.

The Studio offers weekly art classes for adults and kids. These are ongoing classes…no need to sign up for a specific time period…just come when you can. Each student begins at the level they are whether an absolute beginner or an advanced student. We will work to help each student achieve their goals and improve their skills. Adults meet on Wednesdays from 10:30-Noon or from 5:30-7 pm and we also have a Thursday afternoon class for adults from 2 -3:30 pm. We have kids class on Wednesday from 4:15-5:15 pm.
