Kids Make Unique Gifts

At our Kids Make Gifts workshop yesterday these girls made these beautiful gifts. They created two unique gift bags – one with a tree and one with a snowman, a snowman candle holder, a mini Snowflake painting and a painted tin with wreathes. Terrific! And we did it all in an hour and a half! Way to go girls!

Tuck

I’ve been working on some commissions the last few days. I can’t show some of them because they are gifts for Christmas so I’ll show them next week. But this is Tuck and his dad knows all about this painting so I feel like it’s ok to show him. He’s a cutie. He stopped by to visit a few weeks ago and he was as adorable as his photo. I love doing Pet Portraits!

VIA Paints Winter

The Virginia International Academy students completed their final painting for this semester. It was a beautiful winter snow scene…and they all did a great job. These young ladies studied composition and color mixing over the past few months.

Another Miss Kelly!

Santa Kids I don’t often take private Paint Parties on Wednesdays because we have our regular weekly art classes for adults and kids and I don’t like to cancel those classes but because of the big Christmas Paint Party we posted about yesterday (see it here) I had a friend, also a Miss Kelly, come in to teach the kids class…..and they did GREAT!
