Impossible Coconut Pie

From time to time I get the urge to bake. Recently I was craving coconut and my favorite coconut pie is also the easiest to make. I’ve had this “Impossible Coconut Pie” recipe for years and don’t even remember where I first got it. But it is easy…and so delicious. Give it a try. Snowmen are Here

The kids painted snowmen this past week at class. They did an amazing job.
