These kids made so many gifts yesterday at our class. They made two gift bags, one with a snowman and one with a Christmas tree; they painted two canvas…a snowman and a snowflake; the made two ornaments and started two more to take home to complete. WOW! That’s a lot to get done. They did great!

While it’s almost Christmas we are thinking ahead to our projects for the new year. This Hearts and Gingham quilt will be scheduled soon as a weekend workshop. Watch for it. It’s a fun one and really easy. It would be great for beginning quilters. And it would make a beautiful Valentine’s gift!

Didn’t these kids do an amazing job painting the holiday lantern yesterday???!!!! They are awesome! Nice work everyone. Several years ago I painted a commission of entrance sign with a cat on it. Recently, the client asked me to paint another one, this time with three of her cats. It makes a statement.
