This new reality is difficult for most people….whether it’s because they are isolated with no human contact or whether it’s because they have been asked to sacrifice their livelihood to this pandemic. But for those of us who suffer from depression it is especially difficult.  I’m sure many, like me, keep their depression under control most of the time but this isn’t that time.  Depression is real…and rears it’s head at the worst possible times….like now.  We have to recognize it…and fight it with all we can.  Today I am fighting by trying to relax….and breathe. We’ve just added a few more new items to the store...and taken out a few that sold.  Many thanks to those who have purchased art during this time.  I can’t tell you how much it helps…not just monetarily but it also helps to keep my spirits up.  This time is so difficult.  I appreciate everyone who has sent info about small business loans and the information coming out about the programs that are suppose to help small businesses.  I have looked into a couple.  The sad thing is that the applications will take about 3 months to process.  They say because of the influx of applicants.  It’s hard to stay positive with news like this.  So I do really appreciate the support that you are all giving either by having me do a commissioned piece for you or by purchasing art on the store site.  Again, many, many thanks for the support and kind words. And I ask that you continue to look at the site and share with anyone you think might be interested in art.
