Our two Block of the Month classes made the beautiful Simplex Star for their sampler quilts yesterday. This is the 4th block finished of the 12 we are doing this year for our sampler. They look great! Nice work ladies. Can’t wait for the next one.

Simplex Star Quilt & Lincoln

Just finished this Simplex Star quilt. It’s a variation on the Friendship Star and Lincoln seems to like it. This is the block our Block of the Month group is doing for our Sampler quilt but I liked it so much I wanted to do an entire quilt with it. I really like the way the diamonds highlight the stars.
