We had a BIG group of painters for this big painting of the Harvest Moon yesterday at The Studio. Everyone was so enthusiastic and did a wonderful job on their piece. We enjoyed creating this one and I know everyone will enjoy displaying it! Great work.

Yesterday we started our “Year of Banners” class. These quilters did beautiful work on their first banner in our year long series. I love these. I’ve been working on a series of quilted banners that will feature a different image to represent every month of the year. They can be used as banners…or with a few additions they can be made into a tablerunner. And you could even combine them all to make a great quilt. There will be an announcement soon for the first class in this series. And the first 6 to register will receive one of these really nice banner holders. Watch for the date of the upcoming class. And over the next few days we will feature on the blog the banners for the first few months in the series.
