Family & Friends Paint Together

We love it when family and friends paint together. At our Wednesday morning art class Terri (in the middle) asked if she could bring her friends to paint and of course, that was a YES! Celeste, on the right, is visiting her son and daughter in law, Katrina, on the left, and wanted to paint again at The Studio. She came to paint with us when she was visiting last year and loved it so much she wanted to paint again. We’re so glad she did! Great job ladies. This will be a fun painting to display throughout the holiday season. Can’t wait for your next visit Celeste!

Dianne’s Classmates Paint JOY

You remember Dianne, one of my Wednesday students, who brings her family and friends to paint at The Studio when they are visiting. Well, yesterday we painted with her medical school classmates. They get together every year and she entertains them by taking them to different classes and events going on. They did a great job painting these fun little “JOY” holiday paintings that they will love displaying soon as they remember their fun here in Front Royal.

Joy Paints Lily

Joy has been painting with me at The Studio for a long time. She loves her painting sessions and tells me that she paints to make others happy. She almost always is painting something for a family member or friend. Her portrait of Lily is for her niece. I’m sure that Lily’s mom will be thrilled with this gift. Keep painting Joy!

Joy’s Snowman

Joy painted this adorable little snowman sitting on the sofa From a photo of the little guy. He is so cute and she did a great job painting him. Joy painted with me years ago and recently returned to class. I so glad she’s back! Adult classes at The Studio are on Wednesdays at 10:30 till Noon or 5:30 to 7 pm or Thursdays from 2 – 3:30 pm.
