No new paintings today. I spent part of the weekend recovering from food poisoning. NO FUN! We were out at the cabin so I have cute puppy pictures to post. For some reason Lincoln kept sticking his face down in the ditch where the snow was deep. Not sure what he was after but he ended up with snowface!

Cardinals for Class

I finally remembered to take my camera to class and get some photos of things we have been painting in the kids classes. These are the cardinals that I did last week for the Wed. and Thurs. classes. The kids really seem to enjoy painting animals. If you have a student 8 – 12 years old that would like to paint with us, email me at kwalker@doubledogdesigns to sign them up for a class. Hats, hats and more hats

While I didn’t paint much over my vacation I did do quite a bit of crocheting. Here are the hats that I made that will be available at Delilah’s should you need a warm, fashionable hat during this cold weather. It’s very satisfying to put colors and textures together to come up with new hats.

Tomorrow, a special order cupcake hat. 🙂

Jed and Lincoln join me in wishing you all a very happy new year. We know that 2011 will be a good one for all of us.
