With all the game playing and museum visiting you wouldn’t think we would have had time to get much accomplished….but just look at all the great projects we made. We quilted, crocheted, knitted, make rugs, and more! We are a creative, fun-loving group! Can you tell???!!!! We can’t wait till the next one!
Crocheting is a terrific hobby to develop. I learned as a young child from my grandmother who was patient enough to teach a curious young girl. And I’m glad she was because I have made hundreds of items over the years. It is something I can do for a few minutes in between doing other things or I can sit for hours and crochet. That is the beauty of it. You can pick it up and put it down without any preparation or clean-up. And you can take most of it anywhere to do. Stick it in a bag and crochet while in a waiting room or on a long car ride. I LOVE IT!
If it’s time for you to learn then be sure to come to The Studio on Friday, October 18th and get in on the fun. We will learn to make an infinity scarf.
The best part of winter is all the wonder Crochet Scarves and Shawls you can make and wear. If you haven’t discovered how much fun crochet is then you are missing out. Join us for the Beginning Crochet class on February 1st.
It’s time to start thinking about making Holiday gifts for family and friends. Here is an easy but elegant scarf you can make for the fashionistas on your list. Join us to learn how to make this one while learning to double crochet and read a pattern. Our class will be on Tuesday, November 7th at 6 pm.
