Around the World with Jack

This is a super fun quilt to make. While it looks time consuming because of all the blocks there is a secret to it that makes it go so fast…..plus all your seams will line up beautifully. Another big bonus is that it takes only a small amount of each fabric and you can even use fat quarters. Pelicans in Flight

Tilly with Day Lilys

Here’s Miss Tilly, our favorite 91 year old student, who painted this large canvas of day lilys over the past couple of weeks at class. She reminded me that she has a birthday coming up soon and she’ll be 92! We just love her!!! Gorgeous Barn Quilts

Just look at these amazing Barn Quilts created by this group of quilters from a West Virginia Quilt Guild that meets in Kearneysville, WV. They worked yesterday afternoon on wood instead of fabric but in either medium they make beautiful things! Nice work everyone. That was fun.

Sampler Quilt Group 4

This is our 4th group of quilters who have taken on the challenge of the Sampler Quilt. They are doing a great job. Yesterday they did a double session to catch up on a month we missed. Nice work ladies! Can’t wait to see it all together.
