I was delighted to be invited to hold a Paint Party for the 21st Faith Community Nurse/Health Ministry Retreat at Cacapon Resort State Park in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia last night. Thanks Kim Davis for having The Studio over to lead such a wonderful group. They were so much fun and created these beautiful little Apple Blossom Tree paintings. And what a lovely setting the state park is there! Beautiful!

We have art classes for adults every week on Wednesday morning from 10:30-Noon or 5:30-7 pm. We also have a Thursday afternoon class from 2-3:30 pm. Come join us and paint beautiful works of art like Kelly did here. This is a scene from her drive home. The fun of these classes is that each person paints the subject of their choice and they get individual help to achieve their goals. Contact kwalker@thestudioforlearning.com to sign up. For Christmas this past year I gave Allen’s daughter’s family a Paint Party. I thought it would be fun to all paint together….and I was right! We had a great time creating this sunset landscape. And we even got Allen to paint. It was a red-letter night!
