We have two exciting classes coming up this weekend. On Friday, we are holding the Large Abstract Class again. Always a popular one especially if you have a large space that needs a piece of art or a pop of color. In the past many beautiful pieces have be created. We have space for three more painters so click here and register now!
And then on Sunday we are offering our first Masters Class. These classes emphasize a start to finish painting working for a still life set-up. We’ll have flowers and fruit set up for you to work from…finding the look that suits your aesthetic. This will be a little longer class and feature more instruction. Lizzie is one of my Wednesday evening art students. She started painting with me a few months ago and is exploring different types and styles of art….and she’s doing great work! The kids created these lovely Heart collages with buttons and paper on Wednesday to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Everyone did a great job last night exploring a new way to paint with abstracts and negative painting. It was fun trying something new.
Yesterday we posted the beautiful Heart Rag Quilts that we made Sunday. Those that were on the wait list for this class, you are in luck. We just set up a new session on April 4th so register early anyone who wants in on this one. We only have space for 6 people so get in quick. This one is so lovely.
