20190117_092319.jpgA few weeks ago Sonja  came back to art class….after a 7 year break!  And to her great surprise I still had the canvas she had started working on….and she finished it.  It turned out great!  To say she came back with fresh eyes is an understatement.  LOL  Nice work Sonja.  Glad you came back.

Cat Cave

 

More projects from Snow Day…..the Cat Cave.  Since I don’t have a cat Lincoln let me borrow “Possum”  for the photo shoot.  I am taking orders for these if anyone would like one for their kitties.  Price ranges from $45-60 depending on yarn choice.

Plaid Crochet

rag quilt heartA new design for our Rag Quilt class is here – A HEART!  And just in time for Valentine’s Day.  This one is easy and fun to make.  We love Rag Quilts because you don’t have to have any sewing experience to be successful.  We will be having a workshop on Saturday, February 9th at 1 pm so click here to register as space is limited.  Choose your passion….a favorite color, favorite team, favorite pet, etc. and get some fabric that will show off your favorite thing.  I made mine with wine cork and vineyard fabrics.  I love wine!  Plan to join us.

As a big fan of Outlander I love seeing the costumes.  And I am so glad to see the knit pieces.  While it’s not knitted I came up with a similar cowl to Claire’s.  And I love it!  We will set up a class for this one soon.
