It’s a new year and we are announcing a new schedule for The Studio. This year we are continuing with two sessions of our Adult Painting classes every Wednesday..the morning session from 10:30 – Noon and the evening session from 5:30-7 pm. These classes are open to all level of painters. Each painter works on the subject of their choice and we assist them at whatever level they may be. So if you are an absolute beginner or an intermediate painter this is for you! Contact Kelly if you would like to join one of our sessions. We will offer many Paint Parties, Quilting Classes, Crochet, Embroidery, Applique and much more on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are excited to announce that we are adding “The Studio Sewcial” – an Open Studio session for sewing and quilting on the first & third Thursdays from 10 am- 1 pm. This is a time where you can come to work on projects with others who enjoy sewing and quilting and share ideas. We know quilters enjoy working with other quilters and sharing their work so we know this will be a fun time for those who enjoy this type of creative work. Hope to see you there!

September 12th-Learn to Basket Weave – This is a first for The Studio. Let’s make this cute Potato Masher basket. 
September 16th – Paint Your Pets – This one is sold out but there is a few seats left for the one on October 21st. 
September 17th- Sunflower Rag Quilt – Isn’t this one FABULOUS?! It’s sold out but we will do it again at the first of the year. If you don’t have any sewing experience you should plan to take the regular Rag Quilt class coming up on October 15th so you’ll have the skills you need to make the more difficult flower quilt.
September 21st-Learn to Crochet….we will be making this terrific and super easy scarf. It’s a great way to learn to crochet so you’ll have to basics to move on to more difficult stitches. 
September 24th – Paint a Large Landscape (View from Belle Grove) – Since we are painting super big canvas space will be limited for this one. But it’s going to be really fun! 
September 26th – Famous Painter Party – We are painting Van Gogh’s Starry Night for this one! What fun!!! 
September 30th – Pizza and Paint – A Fundraiser for the Hospital Auxiliary. We’ll be painting a wonderful Fall Landscape. 
October 10th-Crochet Like Knit-This stitch is versital and gorgeous. Come learn this one by 
October 15th- Rag Quilt Class- This is a beginner class so if you need to learn to sew be sure to come to this one and get the skills and practice you need to move on to more difficult projects. 
October 22nd – Let’s Swing – A Paint Party at Shenandoah Living.
