Our young Art Campers painted these beautiful red canoes this morning as they wrapped up the first session of Art Camp for this season. Great job everyone! We had another BIG group of young painters yesterday for our Kid’s Painting Class. They did an excellent job painting “A Walk in the Snow” while learning about color mixing and composition. Look at what a fantastic job this group of young artists did yesterday painting the Retro Flower image. I was explaining what retro meant and one of the little artist told me they look like “Future” flowers! I love that! Great job all around. Next month our theme for Kid’s Class is animals. We had a LARGE group of young artists painting these beautiful sunflower field landscapes yesterday at The Studio. This was the first of our monthly art classes for kids. Yesterday a group of young painters from Angel’s Korner Daycare came to paint at The Studio. They did a great job….and Lincoln made 14 new friends!

We’ve had a long break from kid’s classes first due to the pandemic and then because of my knee surgery. But we are back….starting tomorrow at 4:15 we will resume kid’s class each week on Wednesday. Yesterday the kids painted a large canvas of the Super Moon. They loved working on a bigger canvas and their paintings turned out terrific! Nice work young painters.

We had a small but talented group of painters yesterday …. kids and adults painting pets. They turned out great! 
And Lincoln had the best time because one girl’s family came with a baby….Lincoln LOVEs babies and couldn’t lick this one enough. The baby didn’t mind and gave Lincoln cookies…and let him lick the food off his spoon. Lincoln was in heaven.
