A Snowman Lineup!
What a terrific time we had yesterday at The Studio-A Place for Learning. Janice and Ruth taught a super fun class on making snowmen from gourds.
And everyone made the cutest little snowmen and snow-women. The laughter was contagious and fun was had by all.

The second painting project we did during the weekend “Creativity Workshop” was a gourd bird house. And didn’t they turn out terrific?! Super work everyone.

Here’s another sample gourd that I will be taking to the workshop I am teaching this weekend. This one is a “bird house”. 🙂
I patterned it after one that my mom painted for me over 20 years ago. I treasure it since we lost her to cancer not long after. It was fun painting one in a pattern like she had used.
