Several months ago I got a commission for a painting as an anniversary gift from a man for his wife. It was a photo of their wedding dance. But he also wanted it to reflect a favorite book that they had.
So I worked to incorporate the two. This is the beginning.
After working on it for a while, this is what I had.
Eventually I made a few more changes to make them each stand out more.
And this was the final painting. He loved it. I hope she did too!
