One of my regular Art Class students asked me a few weeks ago if I would work with her grandchildren when they visited this month. And, of course, I said yes. And boy did they turn out to be the most delightful kids. Evan and Lane are from Washington, DC but were here for a few days visiting the grandparents.
They came in with the best attitudes about taking the class and were all about having a good time and learning. What fun that makes it for me. 🙂
And for their first time in painting class, they both did an excellent job! Don’t you think?

Kelly’s the best teacher EVER. She is very good at explaining how to portray things in a painting. I really hope to take another class from her sometime in the future.
