LOVE Table Runner

What fun we are having making our series of Table Toppers. The Thursday class met yesterday and created these beautiful “LOVE” Table Runners. Everyone got their basic top finished and some even got to quilting. These were fun to do and we love sering the way everyone puts their pieces together. Can’t wait to see what this group does in March!

Table Topper Class Kicks Off the Year

We kicked off the year with our January Table Toppers yesterday….and what fun we had! Just look at these adorable snowman and mittens table toppers. Aren’t they fabulous???!!! Everyone did a great job and now they have a super cute cover for the table for this month of cool weather. Just wait to see what we do for February.

Another Day of Sewing and Night of Winners

Another great day with a field trip to start off as we went to Warrenton to check out Quilting Essentials and More. It’s a small shop but they have gorgeous, quality fabric and the owner was super nice. Then we came back to quilting and sewing the rest of the afternoon. And of course, after dinner, we had our usual games plus a Christmas special. Katrina won again and Sherry, Sister (Suzanne) and Julie joined in the winner’s circle. Can’t wait to see what happens on our final night.

Cute Halloween Tablerunner

Final Banner Class

We had our final banner class yesterday. It’s been a year of fun with these quilters as we created 12 seasonal banners to celebrate the year. These will be treasures year after year as they bring them out to decorate for each month. What a great job everyone did and my how we all improved as we stretched our skills. Nice work ladies. Y’all have been so much fun to work with….just a delight! I can’t wait till we start our next monthly projects. And for everyone who has been following along, take a look at the terrific group of banners we made this year. Aren’t they just fabulous???!!!!
