I finally remembered to take my camera to class and get some photos of things we have been painting in the kids classes.  These are the cardinals that I did last week for the Wed. and Thurs. classes.  The kids really seem to enjoy painting animals.  If you have a student 8 – 12 years old that would like to paint with us, email me at kwalker@doubledogdesigns  to sign them up for a class.  I know they will have fun.

While I didn’t paint much over my vacation I did do quite a bit of crocheting.  Here are the hats that I made that will be available at Delilah’s should you need a warm, fashionable hat during this cold weather.  It’s very satisfying to put colors and textures together to come up with new hats.

Tomorrow, a special order cupcake hat.  🙂

A New Year

Jed and Lincoln join me in wishing you all a very happy new year.  We know that 2011 will be a good one for all of us.

We also want to say a special thank you to everyone who has followed our blog this year.  We had almost three times as many hits in 2010 as we did the year before thanks to all of you. 

We will continue to try to enhance this blog as we continue painting and creating everyday.  Please follow along with us.
