Last night we had the Abstract Floral Paint Party that was suppose to be last Friday night but got delayed because of the big snow storm. Having to wait didn’t dampen the spirits of these painters. They did a great job on their loose, abstract flowers.

Famous Painters Party – Van Gogh Sunflowers

The second Famous Painters Paint Party last night had us painting Van Gogh’s Sunflowers. And boy did they turn out GREAT! We all had such a fun time and these ladies went home with fabulous paintings. The next Famous Painter Party is October 27th. We’ll announce the painting we will do in a few days. Poppies & Dandelions on Shingles

These are two floral paintings on wooden shingles. Poppies and Dandelions were done as demonstration paintings for this week’s kids class. The kids loved painting on the wooden shingles instead of canvas. It was fun to try something new.
