Kids Make Lazy Day Pants

Last weekend we had a “Lazy Day” Pants sewing class at The Studio. These girls are learning to sew! They did a great job learning to make a pattern, cut the fabric and use a machine. Great work girls! Watch for more sewing classes for kids soon.

Kids and Scarecrows

Wednesday Kid’s Art Class resumed at The Studio yesterday and Lincoln was so happy to see them! And they did a terrific job painting these fall scarecrows. Nice work. Art Class for Homeschoolers

We are introducing a Homeschoolers Art Class every other Thursday till the end of the year. These classes for ages 6-12 will be on Thursdays starting November 19th. Classes are $20 per session. For families who have more than one student, the second one is half the fee. You do need to notify Kelly to register your student. Email her at kwalker@kellywalkerstudios.com to save a space for your young painter.

We’ve had a long break from kid’s classes first due to the pandemic and then because of my knee surgery. But we are back….starting tomorrow at 4:15 we will resume kid’s class each week on Wednesday. Candies Paint Party

Time to think holidays as we plan our Paint Parties. This fun one features two canvases. Each painter will create a peppermint stick and a kiss painting. AND….you get to choose the size…a 4×4, 6×6 or 10×10. Everyone gets to pick so they can have the perfect size for where you want to put it. Or these will make great little gifts.
