We hold Open Studio every Friday from 10-1 at The Studio where artists can come and work on projects along with other painters….sharing ideas, stories and fun! From time to time I have a private student lesson during that time. This past Friday McKenzie, one of my former art campers, came to paint a beautiful landscape. McKenzie is just 10 years old….didn’t she do a great job???!!!! She loves color mixing and listens closely to instructions. Wonderful painting McKenzie! And Donna came last week to our Famous Painters session where we are recreating some of Edouard Manet’s final paintings…..all florals. She came in Friday during Open Studio to complete hers. It looks awesome…..and while it was a challenge she mastered it. Great work Donna! Our next Famous Painter comes up soon.
